Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp.

2. Shipping Charges & Free Delivery

Free delivery on orders above PKR 2,500.

Orders below PKR 2,500 will incur a flat shipping fee, calculated at checkout.

3. Delivery Time

Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, etc.): 2–5 business days.

Remote areas may take 1–2 extra days depending on courier service availability.

4. Shipping Methods & Tracking

All orders are shipped via reliable courier services.

Tracking information will be shared once the order is dispatched so you can monitor your shipment.

5. Delivery Address & Accuracy

Please ensure the delivery address is complete and accurate.

Changes to the delivery address can only be made before the order is processed.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is damaged or lost, please contact Zayriba immediately with your order number.

Zayriba will assist with claims, but the courier service is responsible for delivery handling.
