1. Returns & Refund Eligibility

  • Perishable goods (e.g., opened food products, spices, nut butters once opened) cannot be returned unless defective.
  • Sale or discounted items are final sale unless there is a quality issue.

3. Refund Process

  • Once the return is approved and the item is received, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

4. Exchanges

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

  • Provide photos of the damaged item or incorrect product to speed up the resolution.
